Portrait sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability.
• Session fees reserve your date and time and typically do not include artwork or digital files unless explicitly stated
• Artwork, collections, and digital files are purchased separately unless noted
• Specific pricing and details are explained during booking or consultation
4. Payments, Orders & Sales
Because our work is custom and made-to-order:
• All sales are final once an order is placed
• No refunds or exchanges are available on custom portrait products
• Payment plans, if offered, must be completed as agreed
• Failure to complete payment may delay or prevent delivery
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• One complimentary reschedule may be offered with reasonable notice
• Repeated reschedules or short-notice cancellations may result in forfeited fees
• Missed appointments without notice may be considered a no-show

6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
• Arriving on time and prepared
• Supervising children and pets
• Communicating special needs or concerns in advance
Artistic outcomes depend on participation, cooperation, and conditions beyond our control.
7. Artistic Style & Creative Discretion
By booking with Clark Marten Photography, you acknowledge familiarity with our artistic style and agree that final creative decisions — including editing, presentation, and image selection — remain at the photographer’s discretion.
8. Communications, Consent & Call Recording
Consent to Communication
By submitting your information or contacting us, you consent to communication from Clark Marten Photography via phone, email, text, or messaging platforms regarding inquiries, bookings, reminders, promotions, and studio updates.
Call Recording
Inbound and outbound calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, internal review, and customer experience improvement. If you do not wish to have a call recorded, please notify our team member at the beginning of the call or communicate with us via email instead.

No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required to enter or win any promotion, and a purchase does not increase odds of winning.
Eligibility
• Must be 18 or older
• Open to legal U.S. residents unless otherwise stated
• Employees and household members are not eligible
• Previous winners within 365 days may be excluded
Entry & Campaign Period
Entry methods, deadlines, and prize details are defined in each campaign’s official rules. Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value unless stated, and may not be substituted except at our discretion. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
